THE SCIENTISTS OF THE DEPARTMENT CONDUCT SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH WHICH IS RELEVANT TO THE PRESENT AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY:

Cyclic modes of mass exchange machines; Computer simulation of hydrodynamic processes in machines and apparatuses of the food industry; Intensification and optimization of technological processes of baking products production; Development and improvement of technological processes and equipment of brewing production.

IMPORTANT SCIENTIFIC AND INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENTS OF THE DEPARTMENT: intensification of the mass transfer process in column apparatus; mini-breweries of restaurant type; complex improvement of the crackers production; development of technology and equipment for the production of essential oils.
